Internal Sales Coordinator

Contract length: 3 months - Likely to be extended.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator for a construction company based in Colchester.
You will provide an efficient service to the Lafarge Tarmac Aggregates and Asphalt region, supporting the business ensuring best working practices are followed at all times. You will also support the Customer Services Manager and Supervisors to ensure all administration processes are completed accurately and within the required time scales. Clear understanding of filing and auditable process would be advantageous.
Working with the Customer Services Manager, you will assist to embed sales and orders Front End processes to minimise required rework. A knowledge of Company structure, reporting and SAP would be an advantage for this role.
You will also ensure appropriate follow up actions and escalation of issues to allow compliance with ticketing and invoice query turnaround times. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages are a must with knowledge of Fortek a bonus.
