Customer Services Manager - Team Lead - Insurance - Financial Services - Leading organisation
Looking for a Team Leader with excellent Customer Services environment experience within Financial Services - either banking or insurance.
Keys skills:
- Communication skills are key, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with difficult situations, and provide excellent customer service.
- You must have experience in managing a team of between 10 and 20 customer service representatives.
- You must come from a Financial Services background, as good knowledge and understanding of the organisation's products is essential
- Ideally you will come from a banking, pensions, or Insurance background
- Performance Management is a must
