Role - Solution and System Network Engineer for IP Transport Networks

Solution and System Network Engineer for IP Transport Networks
Designs and implements network solutions for BICS international carrier network (including OSS systems integration)
Experience and Requirements
-Engineer BICS international carrier networks including:
oExtension/improvement of the IP/MPLS Core,
oAccess Network,
oDCN Network and Customer interfacing,
oService Layer
oDatacenters/NetCenters Networks integration
-Analyze, assess and implement technical solutions and technology evolutions in order to fulfil technical, business, regulatory and operational requirements
-Expert level knowledge of (including strong hands on experience)
oIPv4 & IPv6
oRouting protocols (BGP, MP-BGP, ISIS, MPLS)
oMPLS, MPLS Layer 2 &Layer3 VPN, Traffic Engineering, FRR, 6(v)PE
oIP Sec configurations
oCarrier Ethernet architectures and OAM
oIP-Transit architectures and traffic management
oIP Compression
-Hands on experience with
Cisco High-End Routers (7600/ASR1k)
Experience with ALCATEL SR Routers and SROS i
Cisco ME3400, ASR901, Cisco ASR9k, ASR 903 experience is a strong plus
-Familiar with IP, MEF, RFC, IETF, ITU/ETSI Standards
