IT Project Manager for Salesforce CRM implementation (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Supporting the project lead, including support in coordinating and tracking activities with regards to technical integration, data governance and system governance
- Tracking of activities including status reporting, reporting and managing risks, issues and dependencies and creating project documentations
- Managing functional integration between Complaint Handling and CRM projects (both systems run on Salesforce.com)
- Supporting with technical standards for aligned Salesforce.com system deployment
Your qualifications
- Very good experience in system implementations and integration
- Very good understanding of Complaint Handling and CRM processes
- Knowledge in Business Process Design
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- ITIL knowledge/certification
- Excellent English skills
