Description
Sales Support Specialist required to work for my client, a global IT company, based in Berkshire.
The focus of the team you will be joining is to acquire new customers and develop stronger relationships with existing customers. The role of Sales Support is to handle incoming calls, raise quotations, take bookings, order receipting, and supporting external sales staff.
Role Responsibilities:
- Be a single point of contact for our customers at all times
- Build and issue quotes then follow up & close.
- Receipt and monitor Purchase Orders.
- Share eta's for deliveries & engage wit courier/Customer care on any issues.
- Work with Credit control on any issues.
- Work with your External counterpart to deliver on your weekly sales forecast
- Achieve industry leading customer satisfaction levels
- Develop a network of internal core contacts to maximise your efficiency
- Prioritise on multiple demands
- Be flexible with your time
Role Requirements:
An engaging and enthusiastic outlook will be essential to your success in this role and we will be further impressed if you can demonstrate:
- A passion for new business sales as well as a keenness to grow existing relationships
- Evidence of your past sales successes
- High IT literacy - MS Office & CRM tools
- A basic knowledge of the UK's Public Sector
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- How you build trust with your customers
- Excellent communication skills
