User Desktop Support/Functional Analyst, Barcelona
THE ROLE
We require a User Desktop Support Functional Analyst with good English skills, and 3 years' experience for our client in Barcelona. After a period of familiarisation to acquire a working knowledge of customer applications, the analyst will provide telephone support to business users, participate in service improvement tasks, generate and publish user documentation by email. Residence in Barcelona highly desirable. Initial contract 2 months, extendable on satisfactory performance.
SKILLS
- 3 years' experience in users functional support tasks or as a functional analyst.
- Desktop support (software, hardware, Windows, etc)
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Service Orientation
- Excellent organisational skills and troubleshooting
- Office skills (MS Office, Adobe Professional, Outlook 2010, etc)
OTHER SKILLS, desirable:
- Sharepoint: user-level knowledge
- Knowledge of Web Master tools, Sharepoint, HTML, CSS, web design
LANGUAGES
- English: B1 of the framework CEF (Common European Framework)
