Essential Experience:
Recruiter with experience of handling high volumes of campaigns.
Provide best practice advice and guidance to hiring managers - ie advertising strategy, campaign planning.
Experience of producing high quality management information.
Confident excel user, experience of creating and manipulating pivot tables.
Excellent communication skills
