Project or Activity Description
Upgrade Chemicals GSAP to latest enhancement and service packs Current version: EHP 4/SPS 8 Target version: EHP 7/SPS 6 Target is to remain As-Is functionality and process. During this initiative no new functionality will be enabled. Technical upgrade to be completed by end of April 2015. Go Live estimated between May to Nov (tbd). Dual track approach: all upgrades and remediation to be performed initially on environments outside' landscape cycle to allow for continuation of other intiatives BAU. Consequently: Dual maintenance will be required from January 2015 until September 2015 (development systems and upgraded system will need to be synchronized for every change)
Misc. Terms/Conditions
Project started in Jan 2015. Remediation and IT testing to complete by April 2014. UAT/Go Live planned to between Sept to Nov. Resource will be involved in other FSS projects between May - August, until UAT/Go Live commences.
Technical Skills and Experience
- ECC6 upgrade projects
- Testing of FSS processes/scripts
- HPQC
- Previous Shell Chemicals FSS experience
- SAP FI functional knowledge

Special Remarks
- Knowledge of Panaya is a plus, not required. Panaya is used to identify gaps between current SAP version and target version. (tool is easy to use/learn).
