Title: Salesforce.com Test Analyst
Location: Lyon, France
Duration: 3-6 months
Job Description:
The Salesforce Test Analyst will be expected to report results to the Test Lead on a daily basis and to provide quality testing services to the business. This is a hands-on role for a highly motivated person with good testing skills, ability to self-start, good understanding and experience of testing processes and procedures. The role will also include reviewing and analysing the results, and co-ordination of User Acceptance testing.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Salesforce (or a similar CRM)
Strong background in testing methodologies and experience of the full testing life cycle.
Write and execute Test Scripts.
Defect logging, Previous experience of a fault/defect logging application - HP ALM/Quality Centre or similar.
Identify and document data required for testing; ability to question and obtain answers where information is not clearly defined.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing
Help with defect resolution working closely with development team or 3rd parties to isolate and resolve defects
ISEB Foundation (nice to have).
