Corporate Communications Advisor - Internal
9 Month Contract
Up to £510 per day

My client, a leading public sector organisation, is seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Communications Advisor - Internal to join their team in Dorking/Guildford. As a Corporate Communications Advisor - Internal, you will be required to produce and deliver internal communications plans to ensure employees are informed and engaged with the organisational changes. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in working at a strategic level in internal communications as well as specialist knowledge of managing internal communications.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
*Working with transition and transformation workstream leads, programme managers and other senior leaders and directors across the business to understand their internal communications requirements.
*Producing and delivering internal communications plans and strategies to ensure employees are informed and engaged with the organisational change and transformation currently ongoing.
*Working with internal communications channel managers to produce and deliver engaging content across a range of internal communications channels.
*Contributing to the formulation of a strategic plan for internal communications for the next five years
*Improving existing channels and developing new channels as required.
*Working closely with external communications colleagues to deliver co-ordinated communications products.

Key Knowledge and Skills
*Considerable experience working at a strategic level in internal communications.
*Considerable experience of managing internal communications for a large business change.
*Specialist communications knowledge and experience, underpinned by relevant professional qualifications or training.
*Proven track record of working in a complex and political environment, and experience of leading projects or teams
*Considerable experience of working with and advising senior leaders
