Description
The core purpose of the role will be to develop and deliver customer communications aimed at providing customers with regulatory updates in line with our brand guidelines and values (straight forward, transparent, responsible). Communications will typically delivered through direct mailing campaigns or literature updates.
You will be based in the Brands & Marketing team and work as part of a multi-disciplinary project team working to define and deliver the best possible customer outcome and experience on a range of regulatory projects. The successful candidate will be required to draw on their experiences of understanding of the financial services &/or other relevant service categories, analysing the customer experience, managing cross-functional collaboration, strong stakeholder engagement, working to brand guidelines, project management and developing effective customer communications. Strong direct marketing/direct mail experience is required and ideally familiarity with the financial service regulatory environment that applies to personal banking, lending or insurance.

Supporting the Marketing Manager & Senior Marketing Managers in working as part of the wider Brands & Marketing team but facing in to a multi disciplinary team to deliver specific regulatory communications projects
Supporting the relationship with third party agencies and suppliers to onwardly develop and implement the marketing communications as required
Developing and deliver marketing initiatives based on an agreed customer experience, considering the wider business and regulatory context
Engaging stakeholders in order to shape and deliver marketing deliverables and priorities. Influence will typically extend to that of head of function level
