CA- Clarity System Analyst
Dublin, Contract
We are looking for an experienced Clarity System Analyst who will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of assigned Clarity system work. This role will involve liaising with key stakeholders across IT, Projects and the business and making full use of technical domain expertise.
Responsibilities:
Drive the design and build of processes in Clarity system to ensure the optimisation of system resources in achieving best performance across user screens, processes, portlets and reporting.
Work with other system owners and process owners in the areas of portfolio and project management to ensure Clarity alignment across process, with streamlining and simplification as core principles.
Lead, advise and direct the configuration of Clarity in line with best practice, to support project and business requirements and competencies, including deployment of Clarity modules not currently used
Lead consultations with users and vendors for needs assessment, including detailed analysis of users' needs. Identify solutions, methods or systems that provide benefits in productivity, user access, reporting, MI etc. Monitor implementation and user satisfaction.
Research and present findings with recommendations to management to extend the use of Clarity in the organization.
Ensure all relevant user guides and training manuals are developed and maintained and where necessary ensure training provided to users on Clarity.
Direct Clarity System support activities as required, including system upgrade planning, monitoring of Clarity processes and performing system health checks.
Liaise with IT technical support team to ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Required:
5+ years of in-depth Clarity system and related business knowledge.
Strong analytical skills and project management skills.
Strong functional and technical analysis ability across CA Clarity modules and accelerator packs.
2+ years of project management experience.
Expert level Excel skills.
Typically requires experience with multiple previous Clarity implementations in organisations.
Experience with Enterprise reporting tools, such as Xcelsius, Business Objects Crystal Reports. Requires strong data manipulation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability in working to tight deadlines.
Ability to work successfully on a stand alone' basis and as a Team Player
Desirable:
SQL query skills is desired
Qlikview experience would be an advantage.
