Broad knowledge of technical principles of domains and platforms; Windows, Linux, Oracle, SQL,…
Good level of security skills at infrastructure level
Good knowledge in following areas and related security processes:
•Vulnerability & security patch management (Qualys)
•Privileged user management
•Log analysis, policy compliance
•Antivirus (Symantec)
•Password management (Keypass, Epas)
•Security architecture, network design & components (CheckPoint firewall, AlgoSec, VPN)
•Good understanding of operating system security settings as well as OS hardening
Non-technical skills:
•Very strong analytical skills to quickly and efficiently identify security vulnerabilities that require remediation in a complex environment.
•Ability to work independently as well as a good team player.
•Stress resistant in critical situations as well as ability to work on different tasks simultaneously with limited supervision.
•Customer-oriented with very good communication skills and proactive attitude; ability to translate technical solutions into easy to understand common language.
•Diplomacy and pragmatism in a Global and multi-cultural organization requiring international contacts in the day-to-day work.
Language requirements:
•French and/or Dutch
•English is mandatory
1.2 Tasks
The scope of the mission is:
•Manage security solutions in a global environment.
•Act as an interface between the Region, Security Engineering and Security Operations Centre (SOC in India)
•Produce/validate standard reports (Dashboards).
•Understand key security processes: e.g. security patch management, vulnerability management, threat management, security event management, password management, fire id management, policy compliance etc…
•Understand user security administration policies
•Contribute to security related projects.
•Interact with the Compliance team in implementing and maintaining compliancy to internal and external standards/regulations.
•Give security advice and promote security awareness towards clients and colleagues
•Produce technical security documentation, guidelines, procedures and reports
