We have an excellent 6 month contract with potential to extend to support our client MS Dynamics CRM system. We're looking for a seasoned MS Dynamics Support Analyst with 3+ years supporting Dynamics and ideally prior experience supporting a Dynamics upgrade. We need to speak to candidates with the majority of the following
Considerable experience in supporting a MS Dynamics CRM environment with experience across multiple versions of MS Dynamics eg V4, 2011, 2013 a distinct advantage - Version 2011 required
Good SQL skills ideally with SSRS knowledge
Very familiar with Application Support in a MS Dynamics CRM environment
Practical knowledge of working with maintenance and patch releases with 3rd party CRM developers including release cycles and prioritisation of functionality therein
Good Change/Release Management and Testing/UAT experience in the context of a Dynamics upgrade
