Principal Accountabilities

The architect leverages his/her deep Salesforce product and platform knowledge as well as knowledge of other third-party/cloud provider solutions and implementation experience to ensure project delivery success and overall customer satisfaction as it relates to the project. This responsibility includes applying best practices; managing customers (Internal) expectations and collaboration of solution approaches and positioning implementations for success

  • Provide in depth application and business consultation in targeted processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders at local and global level to analyse business processes and functional requirements
  • Devise and develop the solution design and architecture covering all required SF modules
  • Facilitate the review and validation of target architecture with LP countries
  • Define standards and governance model for global contents
  • Development of the interface strategy and data migration strategy
  • Act in a consulting role on assigned projects to develop implementation approaches for global as well as local projects
  • Assist in defining, enhancing and maintaining the overall architecture of SalesForce solution.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Experience of fulfilling a functional role on full life cycle SF implementations including requirement definition and analysis
  • The architect has a skill level which includes utilising tools such as Force IDE, Workbench, Force Migration Tool (ANT), Splunk,
  • Technologies, APEX, Visualforce, Bulk API,
  • He/she applies an enterprise level approach to the solution design while carefully considering scalability, performance, maintainability, and feasibility within an enterprise infrastructure
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • 5-10 years experience delivering consulting services
  • 5-10 years of enterprise level project management
  • 5-8 years CRM application experience
  • 5-8 years of enterprise level business/technical experience

Knowledge and Experience of the following is desirable:

  • Master Data Management, Integration, Single Sign-On, IT Governance, Common Development Frameworks, Application Design, Customisation & Extension Sharing, Data Security, Portals, Mobile platform

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree, Advanced

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Developer
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
