Sales Project Manager (6 months Contract)
My client is looking for a general purpose Project Manager who will work with the CMC Release & Readiness Manager in shaping and build the correct infrastructure of the new Sales organizations. They will be responsible for the coordination, execution, control and completion of specific project activities ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Contribute in the planning of the new sales orgs
- Facilitate the definition of project deliverables
- Develop full scale project plans, including scheduling timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide support to CMC Release & Readiness Manager
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to CMC Release & Readiness Manager
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Engage with Facilities, Real Estate, IT, HR, Enablement and Analytics in order to establish their involvement into the project and guide them into project requirements/dependencies
Education and Experience
- qualification in project management or equivalent
- knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- direct work experience in project management capacity
- proven experience in people management
- proven experience in strategic planning
- proven experience in risk management
- proven experience in change management
