Description
Our client is a pharmaceutical company and is currently looking for an IT Support to support the IT infrastructure/tools within the QC department. The IT Support will work at our client in Walloon Brabant for at least 6 months.
The IT Support will do:
- first line IT Support (first level of help)
- System administration: Windows XP and Windows 7 (data security, privilege/permission)
- VBA Excel development
- Network administration (TCP/IP, configuration,)
- Backup & recovery tasks
- Excel template validation
- Analytical system validation
The IT support should be/have:
- Bilingual French/English
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure due to the requested flexibility and reactivity of the activities
- Autonomous
- Hands-on mentality
- Ability to work in project teams in a multidisciplinary environment and a Matrix organization
- Knowledge of VBA code Excel

Experience in analytical software configuration (Empower) would be a plus
