Want to join a self-funded startup aiming to revolutionize retail management software? We’re a growing and tight-knit team of talented people. You will play a key role in developing the native apps that enhance our multi-tenanted web-based software as a service (SaaS) application suite and API platform. You’ll have the opportunity to develop creative solutions to challenging problems and influence technology choices. Our retail software is in use in many production deployments so we have real users to learn from and respond to.

We’re looking for a versatile, polyglot developer excited by the prospect of working with a broad range of technologies. As a retail and point-of-sale application, we have to provide a seamless interface between our web application and the underlying operating system to interact with a variety of hardware peripherals. This person would help with our efforts to provide a consistently excellent experience across all of our supported platforms, both mobile (iOS, possibly Android in future) and desktop (Mac OS X, Windows).

Experience you should have:

Extensive knowledge of the iOS SDK with a thorough understanding of the development processes and debugging methods associated with the platform

Needs to be very familiar with C, C++, and Objective-C

2+ years experience in software development

Experience with frontend web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)

Strong automated testing skills

Good knowledge of REST APIs and related concepts

Bonus experience and skills:
