For an ongoing long term contract at a large banking company located in Zurich we are looking for a
Senior PMO with experience in the financial sector (2608)

In this role you will join the central PMO team running a global portfolio of programs located in Zurich, London and Wroclaw. The Central Team responsibilities include:
• Overall program delivery management accountability
• Escalation point for workstreams
• Validation of regional / workstream status reports
• Global program roadmap, sequencing and dependency management
• Alignment of program roadmap and scope to business objectives and benefits
• QA into the program to reduce delivery risk
• Business testing and migration coordination
• Status tracking & reporting
• Management of program governance forums: STC, Design Authority, DWG and workshops
• Internal and external communication
• OnePPM adoption across LE Program

Your experience/qualification:
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite
• Good understanding of Project Management
• Good understanding of Process Management
• Experienced in PMO tasks
• Experienced in communication with stakeholders on different levels
• Experience in managing projects in the Finance Sector
• Ability to show leadership, flexibility, customer orientation, ability to work independently and autonomously
• Willingness to deal with a very dynamic and global environment
• Fluent oral and written English skills
