Complaints Administrator - 3 Months, YorkshireI am currently looking for a Complaints Administrator to work within a Foundation Trust in the Yorkshire area of England.
This will be an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.
Rate- £180 - £200 (DOE)
Contract Length - 3 months initially
Location - Yorkshire

Role
- You will be responsible in handling all day to day complaints making sure that they are kept in line with the Trust's Governance and Policies. .
- Liaise with colleagues to make sure that initial investigations are made into the complaint. This includes liaising with both Medical and Non Medical staff to assure that complaints are investigated thoroughly and effectively.
- Ensure that all complaints and records are kept within time constraints so they do not breach.
- Act as the point of contact for all matters relating to complaints and other services associated with a complaint.
