Description
On behalf of one of our clients, a financial institution located in Luxembourg, we are searching for external support with skills and abilities as stated below:
Software Developer JavaEE (f/m) financial area Luxembourg
Scope of duties:
Carry out technical system design (TSD) and implementation (TPD) and unit testing of investment funds applications
Mandatory Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Java technologies
Knowledge of JavaEE platform and experience in Java Application Servers
(Ideally: Oracle Weblogic Server or JBOSS)
Experience with Oracle database, SQL
Familiar to work with UNIX/Linux environments.
Basic knowledge of Korn Shell Scripting.
English speaking (but not necessarily mother tongue)
Experience in writing technical documents in English Additional Skills :
Ideally:
- Experience with EJBs, XML technologies, JMS, JPA
- Knowledge of Maven, Jenkins (or any other continuous integration tool)
Additional Information:
Official language of the company is English (knowledge of French will ease the communication)
- Start of the assignment: as soon as possible/immediately
- Duration of the assignment: currently foreseen for 3 months (potential extension to follow)
- Location: Luxembourg
