Roc Search is currently looking for a Financial Services Administrator to work for a client of mine based in Prague in the Czech Republic. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global organization onsite with one of their prestigious customers.

Responsibilities:
*Serves as the contact point for the Finance team who is in charge to onboard IT consultants to work in the customers head office in Basel, Switzerland.
*Manages purchase order process in SRM, controls invoices and receipts.
*Manages the creation of the Work Orders and their approval process in Fieldglass.
*Manages monthly accruals through collection of financial information.
*Provides support to the Finance SME with the Turn Table run: charge out process and rebooking.
*Support with data download and preparation for processing.
*Creation of the adjustment file and collection of the information from the SLs, PMs.
*Upload of the outcome files in SP.
*Ensures Financial flow is under control and aligned with Internal Guidelines from COE.
Technical knowledge and experience:
*Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint are required.
*Excellent written and spoken English essential.
