Resourcing Advisor
My large corporate client is seeking a Resourcing Advisor to join their team to provide high quality customer focused professional resourcing contact to hiring managers, candidates and potential applicants.
The Resourcing Advisor will work on the full recruitment life cycle and provide advice to internal customers.
The skills and experience required of the Resourcing Advisor are as follows:
- Resourcing experience either in a recruitment agency or internal (in house)
- Experience of meeting challenging deadlines in a volume orientated environment (examples will need to be provided on the volume of recruitment)
- Knowledge of recruitment
- Experience of working within Excel and Management Information
- Experience of working as part of a team in a client focused environment
- Shared service environment experience is highly desirable
- BPS experience
Resourcing Advisor - Manchester - Initially for four months
