Mobile Device Engineer - Banking

I have a requirement for a highly capable, motivated and resourceful contract Business Analyst to work with my market leading client, working on a contract basis to provide onsite and regional administration and support for all mobile devices - Blackberry, Mobile, 3G & Wireless devices. The position will also entail providing administrative support for other functions within the Enterprise Mobility Team, ie Remedy Ticket Processing, BAU Telephony Provision, Budget & Supplier Management and Monthly Reporting.

Responsibilities

- Configuration and support of mobile devices
- Remedy queue administration
- Blackberry Enterprise server administration
- Manager and resolve incidents
- Communicate with suppliers of mobile devices
- Communicate with customers up to executive level, across all bank sites
- Manage and update existing documents, procedures and spreadsheets
- Ordering equipment
- Manage replacement devices and disposals
- Team monthly reporting activities
- Assist other team members with BAU telephony requests and services
- Proactively monitor and manage incident queues and team mailboxes
- Manage internal teams budgets
- Adhere to manadatory training systems

The successful Mobile Device Engineer will have the following knowledge and skills;

- Keyboard and PC skills
- Microsoft Office Tools familiarity, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proactive attitude to problem solving
- Focussed and self-motivated
- Good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
