Description
Change Manager - TNA - Training Co-ordinator required for a leading global defence company based in Farnborough. The candidate would need to demonstrate experience in training needs analysis.
The candidate will require current and valid SC (Security Clearance)
Required Skills:
- Experience of working on TNAs (does not need to be DSAT qualified)
- SC Cleared
- Customer facing skills
- Experience in Rotary Wing would be useful but not essential
- Good communication and data analysis skills
