Job Description/Duties:
  • Develop expertise in dealer sales process, training needs analysis, and improvement methodologies.
  • Understand dealer sales operational needs, and integrate customer initiatives with dealer sales learning and performance activities.
  • Consult with dealers on sales training strategies and provide guidance to develop and deliver blended learning plan.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within other supporting units to identify and prioritize training needs and subsequent execution plans with dealers.
  • Work with internal teams and training vendors to optimize resources and capabilities.
  • Organize and complete projects.
  • Develop and submit quarterly reports/dashboards that quantify progress and activities.
  • Potential travel.
SKILLS:

Required Qualifications:
  • College or university degree (4-year).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, excellent communications skills and people skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams and diverse dealer organizations.
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Previous sales training experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
