Description
Job Description/Duties:- Develop expertise in dealer sales process, training needs analysis, and improvement methodologies.
- Understand dealer sales operational needs, and integrate customer initiatives with dealer sales learning and performance activities.
- Consult with dealers on sales training strategies and provide guidance to develop and deliver blended learning plan.
- Serve as a subject matter expert within other supporting units to identify and prioritize training needs and subsequent execution plans with dealers.
- Work with internal teams and training vendors to optimize resources and capabilities.
- Organize and complete projects.
- Develop and submit quarterly reports/dashboards that quantify progress and activities.
- Potential travel.
Required Qualifications:
- College or university degree (4-year).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, excellent communications skills and people skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams and diverse dealer organizations.
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Previous sales training experience.
- Fluent in Spanish.
