We are looking to recruit an experienced Scorecard/Credit Risk Analyst to work for a large organization in their financial services department. The successful candidate will assist the Credit & Risk Manager in all responsibilities across multiple business streams where scorecards assessment is relevant.
Role Accountabilities:
- To provide the Credit and Risk Manager with data to make informed decisions on policy rules as well as offering insight to the data.
- To provide an analytical review of scorecard data in order to form the basis of altering policy rules and reporting this to senior management.
- To understand, identify and communicate impacts of policy changes and controls on the business and systems in place.
- To oversee the delivery of customer data to further develop scorecard policy.
- Organise, plan & develop test structures to verify scorecard integrity and predictive power.
- Develop and take over monthly routine reporting of scorecard for presentation to Credit Risk Manager.
- Document scorecard strategy & policy rules.
- Perform routine validation procedures to ensure scorecards are compliant with the business' Credit Risk Guidelines.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Degree level education
- Financial Services essential
- Blue Chip desirable
- Strong review, reporting and presentation skills
