Description
For one our clients we are currently looking for a native French speaking customer service representative. Because you are in contact with the most demanding French customers it is an absolute must that you are a native French speaker and having experience within customer support.
- Process and follow up orders, back orders, returns, credits etc.
- Handle telephone calls from French customers
- Handle and solve queries
- Create and update customer’s data with internal computer system (SAP)
- Maintain contact with other departments such as sales force, warehouse,
- shipping etc.
- Direct reporting to the Customer service team leader.
