For one our clients we are currently looking for a native French speaking customer service representative. Because you are in contact with the most demanding French customers it is an absolute must that you are a native French speaker and having experience within customer support.

  • Process and follow up orders, back orders, returns, credits etc.
  • Handle telephone calls from French customers
  • Handle and solve queries
  • Create and update customer’s data with internal computer system (SAP)
  • Maintain contact with other departments such as sales force, warehouse,
  • shipping etc.
  • Direct reporting to the Customer service team leader.
