Role:
- Elaborates interaction concepts and user interface specifications for platform projects together with customer representatives and development-teams.
- Performs usability tests, documents results and elaborates improvements.
- Supports the creation of interaction and usability-related requirements.
- Is accountable that all regulatory relevant topics are documented, updated and referenced in the official documentation.
- Supports and guides the project team concerning planning, coordination and execution of a usability engineering process during development from project start to post launch phase.
- Supports project teams with the application of user centered design, prototyping and usability methods.
- Supports project teams to implement the guidelines related to industrial and user interface design.
- Works together with external agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Master in Human Computer Interaction Design, Human Factors or related area or 5 years of practical experience in this field.
- Experience in the field of visual design or software engineering.
- Positive attitude towards people, ability to connect to a wide range of personalities.
- High degree of self-organization, active information collector and connector..
Nice to have:
- Working experience in a strongly regulated environment (healthcare, defense, avionics, automotive).
- Working experience with different cultural environments.
- Experience with Balsamiq, Axure, Visual Studio, HTML 5/CSS.
- Experience with workshop moderation and organizational development.
Languages:
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
- Any further language is an advantage.
