Organisation and Development Specialist - 6 months - Solihull - Negotiable Rate
A leading Energy and Utility client of Hyphen is looking for an Organisation and Development Specialist to join their HR team in Solihull. This role will be responsible for the design and delivery of Organisational Development and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the organisation's significant change agenda.
Key Accountabilities
*Design and develop Organisational Development strategies ensuring alignment with business strategies and the company's significant change agenda;
*Design and develop change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the organisation's ambition to be a high performing organisation; to include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning and continuous improvement are the norm.
Specialist/Technical Expertise
*Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and/or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge gained through exposure and experience in operating across strategic HR functions and practices;
*Demonstrable experience of implementing organisational change programmes, eg competency frameworks, learning and development programmes, culture change programs, organisation redesign;
*Previous experience of working in an organisational development capacity, using a variety of blended learning techniques;
*Knowledgeable in the areas of management and leadership development, cultural change and employee engagement.
