Change Support Analyst - Transaction Monitoring - AML - Investment Banking - London
Change Support Analyst required for top tier London based Investment Bank. The role will involve working within a small team focused on the continuous improvement of the monitoring systems and processes.
Responsibilities include -
- Assistance in establishing the Service and Change Management function within the AML Transaction Monitoring Ops team.
- Leadership of the working group that is formed to review proposed changes, including the management of the impact assessments with other teams.
- Assistance in the prioritisation of changes with Compliance and preparation of the regular prioritisation forum.
- Engagement of the strategic TM project team, Operations and COmpliance on the review of deliverables arising from this project.
- Assistance in the optimisation of end-to-end TM processes.
- Maintenance of the TM processes and procedures owned by Operations on behalf of Compliance.
- Able to work in an effective Risk, Control and Change environment.
The successful candidate will need to have solid experience of Change Support/Business Analysis within an Investment Banking environment. A solid understanding of AML with Transaction Monitoring experience, working knowledge of SQL.
