For one of our clients, a production company in the Amsterdam area, are we currently looking for Financial Sales Assistant. The marketing and Sales department is responsible for products, planning and logistics handling, as well as the procurement of materials. For this position we ask for: a financial background, several years of relevant working experience, strong analytical skills, affinity with logistics and knowledge of SAP.
- To create sales orders in the SAP system.
- To check sales orders (prices and quantities) and amendments.
- To apply for credit insurance and safeguard the follow-up.
- To check outgoing invoices and credit notes.
- To process and confirm prices and rebates for customers.
- To draft (monthly) inter-company commissions for various companies in Europe.
- Prepare invoices before the finance department will send them
