Oracle HR Functional Consultant
realTime Recruitment are urgently searching for an Oracle HR/Functional Consultant to join their Clients busy team in Dublin City.
This is a contract position with a highly competitive daily rate on offer.
The role:
- Deliver Oracle HR projects including Performance Management
- Ensures that the Operational Services required as a result of the introduction of new services is defined and a timely resolution of any issues arising due to changes.
- Ensure that the project produces the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.
- Input into the planning and cost estimation for implementation of the Oracle HR module.
Skills required:
- Leads Oracle HR related projects through design and implementation phases following the recommending Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies. Delivers Oracle HR projects including Performance Management
- Ensures that the Operational Services required as a result of the introduction of new services is defined and a timely resolution of any issues arising due to changes.
