Description
Leading retail business based in London is looking to hire an Interim Head of Digital & CVM to drive through its digital transformation. This will include developing a CVM strategy to help enhance customer experience and ultimately drive customer revenue and profitability. As part of the process, you will also be instrumental in selecting a CRM technology provider and integrating this into the business.
Experience required includes:

Strong understanding of CRM, from vendor selection through to implementation, including how it will interface with digital and POS systems;

Excellent knowledge of CVM, including strategy definition and subsequent implementation, ensuring it is aligned across all channels;

Proven track record of defining and implementing a digital strategy across a retail business, and creation of a true omni-channel experience;

A track record of identifying, developing, and executing customer insight mechanisms that deliver actionable consumer insights;

Must have previously created and implemented a customer segmentation strategy that has delivered tangible business results.
