I am looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager for our public sector client.
Main duties:
- Develop cost and benefit models to support the Business case for the Blueprint Change Programme.
- Collaborate with Blueprint and I&A teams to develop a multi-year scenario model, providing financial expertise to support that process, integrating business as usual resources, and the costs and savings from a multi-year change
- Transformation programme which is fundamentally altering our cost-base through modernisation of our business.
- Develop a multi-year cost attribution model which will enable negotiations with funding departments to support their SR planning and sign-up to benefits delivery from contributing sub-programme teams.
Essential Experience:
- The candidate must be CCAB (or equivalent) qualified or be a qualified financial modeller and have advanced excel skills.
- Experience of multi-year financial planning and preparation of business cases would be an advantage.
