Description
In this role, you will undertake tasks to ensure that Microsoft Exchange and the technologies that surround it are supported. You will perform operational and 2nd level support to Exchange, Enterprise Vault, Outlook, Lync and associated messaging technologies.
Specifically, you will be:
- Performing assigned operational tasks relating to Exchange, Enterprise Vault, Outlook, Lync and associated messaging technologies.
- Managing journal task completion in HP Service Desk.
- Reporting any errors or anomalies to Operations Team Lead.
- Contributing to Knowledge Base for Exchange, Enterprise Vault, Outlook, Lync and associated messaging technologies.
- Acting as Subject Matter Expert for Exchange, Enterprise Vault, Outlook, Lync and associated messaging technologies and drive knowledge to operations and 1st and 2nd level support.
- Performing ad hoc and undefined operational tasks.
- Participating in improvement planning as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive Level 2-3 experience within the Exchange, Enterprise Vault, Outlook and Lync technologies. You will have astute customer service skills and understand the challenges and nuances that exist within large organisations
