Mobile business models are a disruptive change how companies can expand their business and define new go to market models.
The client has defined mobility as a growth area and is investing a number of resources to help it's clients in the mobility space. To support this ambition, we are looking for a managed mobility specialist. As an expert in the area of mobile solutions you are managing the entire managed mobility services and infrastructure: you are responsible for the mobility architecture and you are in charge of installations, updates and migrations of the infrastructure used for the Enterprise Mobility Management. You are able to give the end to end support and are accountable for the infrastructure part. You are responsible that the architecture is meeting the services and services levels requested and are able to define the operational model.
Description
The mobility specialist : You are the reference for the account managers, the security team and other services when there is a need for advice about mobile solutions. You act also as the single point of contact in this area for project leaders and you take care of the contacts with 3th party vendors.
The mobility architect: You are able to make the architecture of a secured environment for
the use of mobile solutions, if so desired integrated with the enterprise environment.
You can present the proposed solutions for a broad audience, both at high level as at deep
technical level.
You make the integration - in a secure manner - with the different back-office systems used
by the mobile solution, all the way respecting compliancy regulations.
You optimize the monitoring and you give support for complex move to operations. If
needed you assume an on call position.
The mobility Expert: You are also expert in the domain of the mobile devices and you have a
profound knowledge of the major devices on the different mobile operating systems (iOS,
Android, Windows Phone and Blackberry). You are able to advice clients which type of
device and mobile operating systems meet the business, functional and secure requirements.
You are testing new devices and you write the needed procedures to secure them and to put
them in production.
You have a very good understanding how managed mobility interacts with the development
of mobile applications and are able to advise the development teams on best practices and
dependencies.
You give training for the different back-office services that are intervening in the domain of
the mobile devices (for the move to production, put at disposal of new applications, and so on).
Profile
Technical competences
You have a technical experience in the area of Managed Mobility, Enterprise Mobility
Management, software products for Mobile Device Management (like MobileIron, MaaS360,
XenMobile, … ).
You are the expert in the area of mobile devices on different operating systems like Android
(Samsung, HTC, Lenovo, … ), iOS based devices (iPad, iPhone, iMac, … ), Windows based
devices (Windows Phone, Windows Surface, … ) and Blackberry devices.
You have at least 3 years ICT experience in a big enterprise and have a large knowledge of
networking components (proxy servers, firewalls, virtual private networking, domain name
services, loadbalancing, , wifi, hotspots ) and of wireless network protocols.
You have a knowledge of the back office systems like Exchange, Sharepoint, Lync, files
servicing, web services, Active Directory, PKI infrastructure, databases, … .
You have knowledge of and experience with security aspects like encryption, certificates,
Kerberos and other authentication methods.
Soft skills
You are proactif, autonomous, communicative.
You can work in an autonomous way but you also have the team spirit.
You follow continually the technical evolutions and you enlarge your knowledge and are
able to build a personal network to reach out to.
You have a good analytical sense.
You are fluent in English, Dutch and French (both verbal and written).
You have good presentation skills and confidence to present for clients or you are willing to
acquire these skills on short term.
You have excellent skills to document proposals and create attractive presentations or you are willing to acquire these skills on short term.
