Manufacturing Engineer
Contract: 6 months

Client: Leading Aerospace Controls design and manufacture
Role title: Manufacturing Engineer
A Manufacturing engineer is required to join our leading aerospace client to join the manufacturing team to troubleshoot manufacturing issues that arise during the CNC machining of precision metallic components including valves, vanes, pumps and housing.
The manufacturing engineer needs to have hands on experience of CNC Programming and editing Lathe centres and experience of multi-axis milling would also be an advantage.
Ideal experiences
*Manufacturing process knowledge in a close tolerance environment
*CNC programming setting and operating (eg, Fanuc, Okuma, Mazak)
*Turning
*Milling
*Troubleshooting skills
*Excellent communication skills to work between the manufacturing engineers and technician teams to help to resolve component and machining issues
