Introduction:
Since the foundation of ITech Consult AG in 1997, we have continually extended our network of freelance computer experts. Today, we can fall back on around 20,000 qualified IT specialists (developers, system experts, project managers, support technicians and more).
Roles and Responsibilities:
" Excellent Knowledge of Drug Development, Regulatory and especially IDMP, EVMPD and related business process areas (e.g. manufacturing, RIM, Labelling).
" Very Good understanding of cross-functional processes and collaboration with x-functional project teams.
" Supports Business in defining requirements, analyzing environment performing RFPs, etc. in order to identify a solution.
" Manages one or more high-level, complex technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. PM responsibilities include the support of the Business PL, IT PM to develop feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning.
" Support the Business PL and IT PM in performing all PM related activities (planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting of project, financial, etc. aspects).
" Supporting daily work of cross-functional teams. Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented. Manage(s) external resources where adequate
Skills Required:
" Expertise in running medium to large scale projects;
" Excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures;
" Experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices;
" Strong analytical skills; business process development best practices, change management;
" Strong MS Project, Clarity, SAP, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills;
" Understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration;
" Excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources.
