Description
You will provide project related services relating to the migration of substantial client services to the SharePoint platform, assist in standardizing the way information is managed throughout the organisation and develop complex search functionality. You will also support the application and administration of SharePoint services at an enterprise level.
Your role will also include:
- Providing system administration support and expert specialist advice, guidance and assistance
- Managing user acceptance testing routines and developing system requirements for test conditions
- Managing relationships with clients and vendors, both internally and externally
- Developing, reviewing and amending SharePoint policies and procedures
- Conducting training, and developing training documentation for staff in the use of SharePoint
- Analysis of current business processes and design new business process to support the system
- Collaborating on the overarching design of the SharePoint site architecture.
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in administering SharePoint sites including:
- Configuration of sites including various web parts;
- Design and development of new sites;
- Administration updates and
- Experience with content templates, site solutions, styles and themes and SharePoint design
You will demonstrate 2 years minimum experience in SharePoint 2010, with experience with SharePoint 2013 highly desirable. ITIL certification is also highly desirable
You will also have high level communications skills, both oral and written, the ability to engage with team members and build effective working relationships and the capability to effectively manage time and prioritise workload accordingly.
