Capacity Manager - ITIL
I have an urgent requirement for an experienced Capacity Manager to work with one of our market leading client based in Manchester.
The successful Capacity Manager will have the following experience:
Project Manager for introduction of Capacity Management service, systems, roles and processes.
Must have.
Strong Project Management skills and experience.
Knowledge of ITIL.
Solid experience of implementing Capacity Management in an organisation (service, policies, roles, processes etc).
Delivery-focus and proactive approach.
Stakeholder management and business engagement skills (for developing and implementing Capacity Policy with the business).
