emagine consulting is seeking a hands on interim IT manager who speaks (English and French) for our client the French division of international manufacturing company. The role is to take responsibility for the operation of local IT infrastructure and end-user IT equipment.
Including:
Resources efficiency and optimization
Delivering IT projects
Providing IT support for user
Manage IT team France
Key functions:
IT infrastructure
In charge of operation and availability of local IT infrastructure
Development and optimization of local IT infrastructure
Ensure IT security requirements
Support operation of central managed IT infrastructure
IT support
Manage end-user equipment including stock, repair, leasing, inventory
Provide support to end-user (office, application, )
Improve IT systems usage (newsletter, training, )
Report to management IT projects
Coordinate, plan and deliver IT projects.
Contribute to and support French elements of group-projects
IT Budget
Build budget proposal for projects and operations
Monitor and report spend against agreed budgets
IT team France Manage, lead and coordinate team. Develop team members.
Skills and expertise
Experience
More than 5 years in IT infrastructure support and Management
Experience in IT team and IT projects management
Able to deliver directly
IT operations
Education
BAC +2 minimum
Knowledge IT infrastructure ( server - Microsoft based, client, network )
Project-Management
ITIL knowledge
Language
English and French (to be used daily)
