The Client
One of our financial services clients are looking for an Interim Business Relationship Manager.

The Interim Assignment
The Interim Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will be required to develop and maintain effective relationships with the business units as well as with service delivery, aligning the demands and supply between those two groups. The BRM is an advocate for the Business, being able to effectively communicate business needs to service delivery to drive the most effective solution.

The Interim Manager
The successful Interim Business Relationship Manager must have experience of end to end mortgage process and related policies, including knowledge of external mortgage industry, regulations, and regulatory developments, frameworks, issues and constraints.

The successful candidate must be able to display:

• A proven track record of managing client relationships

• Being a strategic thinker with the business acumen to develop opportunities to deliver revenue opportunities

• Ability to focus on results delivery and produce clear and concise proposal/recommendations

• Ability to understand and articulate the commercial impacts of proposed changes and initiatives

• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
