My client, a Managed Services Provider specialising in IT and Information Security require is seeking to identify a highly motivated PA/Executive Assistant to support the Global Director - Security Consulting.

Acting As Executive Assistant/PA for a busy director with ad-hoc support for other directors, this Role Will Involve:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Diary Management
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Note taking
  • Letter writing
  • Booking meetings
  • Various other duties as and when required

Key support for ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and productivity of Directors

Skills

  • Excellent IT skills,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven communication skills, verbal
  • Ability to communicate with Stakeholders within the business.
  • Experience of managing projects and event
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload
  • Be comfortable handling multiple tasks
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
