Oh, hi there! We’re Expensify and we do expense reports that don’t suck. Expense reports might not be the sexiest topic, but we have an awesome product that millions of people love to use.A little bit about us
As part of our Expense Reporting product, we have a mobile app that has 1.5M downloads on iOS and Android, and that generates 70% of our signups. We have really cool features like SmartScan or Automatic Mileage Tracking, and users are very happy with their experience.
Our stack
Though our mobile stack is pretty classic, we’re also keeping up with the latest and greatest tools. Swift is slowly invading our iOS codebase, and we’re implementing all the best practices that the Android world has to offer, and most of all: everything we do is cross-platform. And we promise, cross-platform doesn’t mean HTML5 - it’s not even close to that.
A little bit about you
You are an agile mobile engineers who is passionate about the product you’re building. You’re a self-driven engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit and is not afraid to work with our sales team to better understand and tackle user-facing issues. You have a strong knowledge about iOS/Android SDKs, core mobile patterns, and a decent understanding of Javascript.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working on improving our UX and adding awesome features to our app. Integration with Apple Pay? Attendee tracking? Slick onboarding with shiny animations? Implementing Material Design? You got it.
