QA/QC Specialist - Complaint Management (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Perform complaint handling
- Be able to understand customer complaint handling process (receipt of complaint, investigation of complaint, notification of customer after investigation and closing of the complaint in the system)
- Receive investigation reports from manufacturers, be able to judge for minor complaints if the investigation was performed adequately
- Working within a global QA organization
- Compile process batch release documentation required for the batch release for third party products
- Collect and compile supplier Product Quality Reviews (PQR) within the timelines and assist third party management
- Analyse and monitor quality issues
Your qualifications
- Master in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering or equivalent degree
- Experience in quality operations within the GMP environment
- Good knowledge of complaint management
- Good knowledge in QA systems
- Good knowledge in office tools (MS Office, SAP Q-module)
- Very good skills in German and English
