Description
We are urgently looking for a Workforce Planner/Resource Planner for an initial 3-6 month contract based in Surrey.
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Track record in Workforce/Resource Planning at Mid-Senior Level.
- Strong knowledge of Resource, Demand, Forecasting and Schedules.
- Ideally experience on Contact/Call Centre environments or set up.
- Ideally Financial Services/Insurance/Pensions track record.
- Knowledge of Erlang Calculator a bonus but not required. Live Operations experience beneficial.
