I am looking to hire multiple Financial Accountant in London for my public sector client.
This is a Contract role for 6 months initially.
Essential:
- Qualified accountant
- Experience of preparing statutory accounts in conformity with relevant accounting standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
- Advanced Excel skills
Desirable:
- Audit background
- 2 years post qualification experience
- Detailed knowledge of the Financial Reporting Manual (FReM)
- Experience of producing Central Government resource accounts
- Knowledge and experience of government budgeting and estimates
- Experience with consolidated accounts
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience of engaging across all levels of an organisation
