Description
Experience of building and running a resource management process in a software professional services organisation
Team of 160 FTE with around 12 skillsets
Part FTE allocations across around 70 active work packages
Pipeline rolling 12 months is fluid and short notice requests are common
Use of permanent and variable resource pools across UK and offshore
Experience of building tools and process to ensure right resources available to support workload
Use of ChangePoint highly desirable - need to know how to set up systems within ChangePoint - they use this for allocation of resources
Experience of interfacing with SalesForce desirable - used from Revenue perspective.
Creating resource management functions
Implementing tools/processes for the correct allocation of resources
