Description
Looking for a Senior .NET Developer with a Baseline level security clearance or higher for a 6 month contract opportunity in Canberra.
Work for one of the largest Government departments, extension options available.
You will be required to:
- Interpret business requirements and develop technical solutions to support those requirements
- Deliver maintenance and enhancements to the system using Java, .net, C, XML and Web Services
- Provide expert level knowledge of software development in ASP .NET C#, C++
- Provide expert level knowledge of PKI applications and Digital Certificate technology
- Provide expert level knowledge of software development on Windows, Server 2008 with IIS 7.5 and .NET 3.5 and 4.
- Provide expert level knowledge of XML, Web Services and related Security standards including SAML, WS-Security
- Provide expert level knowledge of software development for Browsers using ASP.NET and JavaScript
- Provide expert level knowledge of skills in Windows Workflows
- Provide expert level knowledge of knowledge around WCF and web services
- Demonstrate high-level written and oral communication skills, including the ability to tailor communication to the audience
- Produce high and low-level technical documentation, including but not limited to; technical specifications, task schedules, design blueprints, user guides and other relevant documentation
- Identify system, development or support issues in collaboration with other staff
- Track, analyse and prioritise of change requests, errors, risks and issues.
- Conduct or assist with IT impact assessments
- Work as an effective team member; share knowledge and information with the team and help others to meet team priorities
